Organic cotton, Nothing else

Cotton is far from pure and natural. Surprisingly, conventional cotton is one of the most environmentally damaging crops on the planet: 25% of all toxic pesticides used in agriculture are used on cotton, while the international cotton crop comprises a scant 2.5% of the world's agricultural production.

Armed with this knowledge, in 1996 we converted our entire sportswear line to 100% organically grown cotton. Grown without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, organic cotton supports biodiversity and healthy ecosystems. Our organic cotton is cultivated in the USA and Turkey, and certified by independent certifying agency SKAL (recently renamed "Control Union" www.controlunion.com).

Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it's worth it.

El lema que usan "Commitment to the core" está más que demostrado por cómo funcionan. Las prendas son caras, la verdad, pero y lo bien que quedan? jejejejejeje. Entre los colegas tenemos una coña con el club de mazodeelegante.com jaja
